PRAMS has been one of the most outstanding companies in Tour Operations and Travel and Tourism training in Jamaica. It also has a fine track record as a management company managing hotels, villas and risk ventures for our clients.

There was a lack of formal skill training in the travel industry, which resulted in PRAMS designing a special course that embodies all sector of the travel industry with a special curriculum for airline and travel agencies. We have trained over 2000 students in Jamaica and Barbados including students from other countries such as India, Haiti, Germany, Trinidad and Tobago, Canada and Great Britain. Our training was further extended to a diploma in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management and a diploma in Guest Relations. All our courses cover several important areas in tourism and are specifically designed to support a flexible operation. All tutors are highly qualified with several years of experience in Tourism.
